Team Member Competencies/Responsibilities:
Wow the Customer – Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to Salon professionals
Deliver Results – Sell the finest professional beauty brands and educate customers on promotions, up coming sales events and advertised products; process and replenish merchandise; prepare and partici pate in physical inventories and periodic cycle counts; maintain store appearance; process sales and return transactions.

Requirements:
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Retail or related experience strongly preferred
- Basic reading and math skills
- Ability to use computerized point of sale system
- Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
- 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and extend arms to reach merchandise and displays
Schedule:
Monday: 8am-5pm
Tuesday: 10am-5pm
Wednesday: 1pm-5pm
Thursday: 1pm-5pm
Friday: Off
Saturday: 8am-12pm
Sunday: Off
SalonCentric Franchise Key Holder – Full-Time Floater
32 Hours Per Week
Full-Time Floater Highlights
· Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with product selection, purchases, and addressing customer needs.
· Sales Transactions: Ensure accurate processing of sales and return transactions, adhering to cash handling procedures.
· Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and upcoming events.
· Merchandising & Store Maintenance: Participate in merchandising activities, including floor moves, display changes, and general store upkeep.
· Inventory Management: Assist with inventory processing, replenishment, and cycle counts.
· Opening/Closing Procedures: Perform opening and closing duties as needed, following established store procedures.
· Store Support: Flexibility and willingness to travel between multiple store locations within the local market to provide support as needed. Work locations to include Granite City, Maryville, Godfrey, and Swansea.

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel on short notice within the district and region as needed
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require

• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift

16-24 Hours Per Week
Part-Time Floater Highlights
· Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with product selection, purchases, and addressing customer needs.
· Sales Transactions: Ensure accurate processing of sales and return transactions, adhering to cash handling procedures.
· Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and upcoming events.
· Merchandising & Store Maintenance: Participate in merchandising activities, including floor moves, display changes, and general store upkeep.
· Inventory Management: Assist with inventory processing, replenishment, and cycle counts.
· Opening/Closing Procedures: Perform opening and closing duties as needed, following established store procedures.
· Store Support: Flexibility and willingness to travel between multiple store lo-cations within the local market to provide support as needed. Work locations to include Effingham and Mattoon.
Requirements:

• Retail or related experience strongly preferred
